This is a stunning blend of a Washed Colombian Coffee from our friends at Forest. It comes from the Tolima Region this coffee has notes of almond, caramel and red fruit. We added a Royal Gem Colombia Carbonic Honey Peach co-ferment, with flavors of peach nectar, lemon zest, hibiscus, and black tea. We then added a natural Ethiopia full of Blueberry and dark chocolate notes. This is delicious as a pour over or espresso.
